Really liked the location. Just out of town and easy to get to many places from there. Had a pull out sofa bed as our 2nd bed, no surprise, it was not comfortable, but they rarely are. They had a little store for supplies, that was nice. Close to a really great mall and F1 Sports Bar with indoor go cart race track. A continental Breakfast would have been a good addition to our stay but that was not available. We would stay there again. The people were nice and accomadating.

This hotel was clean enough and about standard with other suite hotels. But, if you have a pet... beware. They advertise that they are "pet friendly" but fail to notify you until you are there that there is a $* flat fee for pets. I thought this was rather excessive considering I only spent one night and other chains charge only $*. Since it was late and I didn't want to mess around with changing my plans, I paid the fee and stayed instead of going right next door to the Hampton that doesn't charge a fee (hint..hint). I won't stay here again.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in March of 2009. The staff was great! They were helpful and the hotel was very clean. The fully equipped kitchen helps save on food cost. This was definitely a great affordable value that didn't cut corners on service. We enjoyed our stay so much we'll be back this holiday season!

Overall the hotel was nice. It was great having a full kitchen in our room to cut down on food expenses. Our room was never cleaned and we stayed 5 days. If we wanted more coffee for the coffee maker in our room we had to purchase it at the hotel "store." The smoking rooms were close to the exits so the hallways smelled like smoke and there was no way to avoid it since we had to leave the building. We liked that the hotel had gas grills we could use since steak is much better on a grill than when cooked on the stove top. They had free laundry facilities for the guests which came in handy with an almost 2-year-old who gets into everything and we did not pack enough extra clothing.

Where do I start? Great reception service!!! Great room with full kitchen. Great Bed and great Pillows. Free Laundry washing and drying for guest use. Food supply for purchase to cook in your rooms. Pick up point for the "Bean Town Trolley" at 8am to Boston sites. Free Parking and a great location, 10 miles south of Boston. Took only 12 minutes to reach Logan Airport in our rental car. I absolutely guarantee you'll love this Hotel. Book it with confidence!!
